Introduction:

Our clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Laem Chabang, Chon Buri. Responsibilities:

1. Control, supervise, and manage the purchasing department and all procurement tasks to align with established goals and policies.
2. Oversee the entire purchasing process and define purchasing policies to meet organizational goals accurately, completely, and transparently.
3. Compare and negotiate with partners to acquire quality products while managing costs effectively.
4. Coordinate and communicate with suppliers regarding goods delivery and follow up to ensure products are delivered according to specified quantities and times.
5. Supervise the preparation of necessary purchase orders (P/Os) for the office and update information in case of changes.
6. Review and verify quotation documents, contracts, and other related documents.
7. Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure operations are completed in accordance with agreements made with suppliers.
8. Prepare the department's annual plan and budget.
9. Contact, coordinate, and resolve issues with both international and domestic suppliers.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a Purchasing Manager position.
