Introduction:

Our client is a digital transformation company serving clients of international brands in various industries. Now, our client is seeking a potential candidate in the position of Business Analyst to join their project team.

Responsibilities:

• Building business requirements, managing the sequence, and delivering business intent and execution following predetermined product strategy for offers.
• Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.
• Establish the estimation of requirements documentation and testing efforts for various projects and initiatives.
• Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion and participate in solution implementations
• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
• Collaborates with the project team and validate that all necessary requirements have been fulfilled
• Interact with stakeholders, customers and technical resources to design, implement and maintain customized system interfaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, IT, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of  5-7  years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience in E-Commerce business with a history of leading and supporting successful projects
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions 
• Able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Extensive knowledge of Design software such as Figma , Chic CAD , Sketch , Adobe XD
