Petrochemical Industry, 5 working days

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner with Line Manager in manpower planning, HR policy setup & review, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, people development, performance management, international mobility, staff grievance and office administration;
  • Propose people strategy to cope with business direction and operational needs; enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommend human resource policies and procedures;
  • Manage a compensation plan by conducting periodic salary survey; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing personnel cost budget; making recommendation based on market benchmark and implementing pay structure revisions;
  • Conduct training need analysis and formulate annual training plan;
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance, provide support to Line Manager and handle grievance cases;
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory requirements;  
  • Supervise the Office Administration Team in daily operations and handle office renovation or administration related projects. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial role; experience in petrochemical industry highly preferred; experience in office administration a must;
  • Experience working with cross culture and countries a plus;
  • Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
  • Strategic thinking, meticulous and proactive team player;
  • Good leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive with sound communication, counselling, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of English
