Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our client's market entry and expansion initiatives in Thailand and Vietnam. This is a key role for an individual passionate about building new markets from the ground up and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers. 
2. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies for Thailand and Vietnam. 
3. Identify, engage, and secure new clients and projects within the commercial and residential sectors. 
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for market penetration. 
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute significantly to regional revenue growth. 
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. 

Requirements:

1. Proven success in business development or sales, preferably within the flooring, building materials, or related industries. 
2. Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs). 
3. Deep understanding of the Thailand and Vietnam markets and customer dynamics (expatriates with proven market knowledge are welcome; local packages are negotiable). 
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese is a significant advantage. 
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. 
6. Willingness to undertake both local and international business trips as required. 
7. Possesses a strong network and flexibility to support business development objectives in Thailand and Vietnam.
