Introduction:

Our client, a leading Chinese investment bank and financial services provider, is seeking a motivated Institutional Wealth Advisor to join their Wealth Management team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and corporates.
2. Understanding client needs, identifying investment opportunities, and providing tailored financial advice.
3. Develop and manage relationships with target clients to bring in new clients and assets under management (AUM).
4. Deliver investment advisory and asset allocation services.
5. Provide trading and execution services across various asset classes
6. Assist clients with wealth planning and preservation through financial tools and services.
7. Work collaboratively within a professional and dedicated team environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven sales experience in banking or financial services, preferably in securities dealing and wealth management roles
3. Strong understanding of China, Singapore and other international capital markets, all major investment instruments and the firm's products and services.
4. Ability to assess and understand client investment needs and preferences.
5. Client-focused and driven to deliver exceptional service.
6. Passion for front-line sales roles and an interest in financial markets.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Team-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
9. Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred) to liaise with Chinese clients and stakeholders.
10. Relevant professional licenses.
