Introduction:

Our client, a well-known investment bank, is looking for a Temp Assistant to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Support two managers (one Korean and one from Hong Kong)
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the managers, meeting scheduling and calendar management
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• At least 10 years of secretarial experience preferably in investment banking and financial industry
• Be able to work independently with good initiative 
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Well versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
• Spoken/written in Korean is a plus
• Start ASAP until the end of October
