Introduction:

Our client, a reputable and established organization, is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join their team as a Tax Accountant.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for finance operations, managing month end closing process, budget, preparation of timely and accurate financial reporting deliverable, lead the management analysis for commentaries and facilitate year end audit
2. Liaise with external advisors and coordinate with internal business partners for corporate tax compliance ,preparation of transfer pricing documentations and BEPS reporting of the Group
3. Responsible for tax reporting matters, such as tax computations and relevant tax compliances reporting of group companies to tax bureau
4. Provide tax research, and updates to management and evaluate impact on group companies of latest changes in international and domestic tax laws
5. Act as business partner and work closely with functions departments in headquarter and Business units
6. Other ad-hoc assignments / projects as requested

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Accounting or Finance and Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in audit and tax
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting and tax rules and international tax regulations with business acumen
5. Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
