Introduction:

Our client, an OEM metal manufactory is looking for the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and lead a team of local engineers

·         Provide advices and trouble shootings on production efficiencies and quality improvement.

·         Co-ordinate with the difference production shops and ensure the floors teams to reach targets

·         Factory coordination and improve production efficiency

·         Optimise overall efficiency of production and supervise the teams in reaching the set goals.

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

·         Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in factory management knowledge about the rules and laws in China related factory operations (e.g. Safety, environmental requirements, tax and customs)

·         Good knowledge of mechanical engineering and supervision experience.

·         Proficient in CAD and solid works, familiar with quality control tools

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

·         Station in china Dongguan

·         Self-motivated  and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
