Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager
Introduction:
My client is a professional security services company location in Central is looking for a Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager:-
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to staff recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, leave record management, training & development
- Prepare HR related correspondences and reports
- Maintain personnel data in HR database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Organize and assist in company activities e.g. Annual Dinner, Christmas party, company trip and team building activities
- Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirement
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 3 years of experience in a role of HR generalist
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- People management experience
- Computer skill of MS office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Immediate available is preferred
- Salary offer: HK$30,000 (depends on experience)
- 5 day work
