Introduction:

My client, a multi-national professional fiduciary firm is looking for above position urgently to cope with business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Report to corporate service Manager
• Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for both Hong Kong and offshore, listed or private companies
• Working experience in company secretarial practice under the Hong Kong new Companies Ordinance, Company Acts in the major offshore jurisdictions
• Assist in liaison with clients and managing a portfolio of clients independently
• Assist in handling clients\' Due Diligence matters
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree-holder, preferably in corporate administration, law, accounting or company secretarial studies
• Student member/ member/ associate member of HKICS / ICSA / HKICPA or equivalents
• 2-3 yeas of relevant work experience in professional firm, CPA firm or law firm
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong new Companies Ordinance
• Fluency in both English and Chinese with good presentation skill is an advantage
• Able to work independently on daily correspondence and handling clients with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Client focused, pleasant, detail-orientated, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Words input
