Introduction:

A legal NPO is urgently seeking high caliber candidates for the positions of Senior/Communication and External Affairs Officers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the communications and external affairs function of the organization
• Assisting in the organization of publicity, local events, and activities outside Hong Kong
• News-monitoring, prepare daily news summaries
• Draft executive speeches, coordinate the production of promotional materials
• Prepare papers for committee meetings, as well as provide support for media activities

Requirements:

• A degree holder with 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including proficiency in Putonghua
• Independent, strong communication skills, and able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Travelling to Greater China region may be required
• Experience in event management will be an advantage
• Knowledge in using Zoom, Photoshop and other graphic design software will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable
