Senior Associate/Associate (PE fund) - buy side
Introduction:
My client, a leading Chinese financial institution with diverse capital market businesses, they are looking for a PE Fund Operations professional to join their dedicated operation team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform portfolio valuation NAV prices computation and other daily fund accounting works.
- Prepare financial modeling, forecasting, valuations and proposals relating to potential asset acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the investment team and fund administrators on quarterly reporting and KYC/AML matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline
- HKICPA/ ACCA qualification
- 3 years of solid PE fund accounting/ fund administration experience
