Introduction:

My client, a leading Chinese financial institution with diverse capital market businesses, they are looking for a PE Fund Operations professional to join their dedicated operation team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform portfolio valuation NAV prices computation and other daily fund accounting works.
• Prepare financial modeling, forecasting, valuations and proposals relating to potential asset acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the investment team and fund administrators on quarterly reporting and KYC/AML matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline
• HKICPA/ ACCA qualification
• 3 years of solid PE fund accounting/ fund administration experience
