Introduction:

My client a sizable mixed industry group location in HK Eastern area and they are Urgently to looking for a Junior Secretary.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide secretarial & administrative support to Executive office.
• Able to assist arrange daily schedules, meetings and travel itineraries (including accommodation, transportation and visa application); also assist personal and family matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
• 2-3 years solid secretarial experience in sizable company is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
