Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator ( Pump )
Introduction:
Our client is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads, following up after initial contact, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Arrange regular customer visit and site visit with technician to assist customer.
- Providing technical presentations or trainings to customers.
- Providing post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting, onsite checking and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service. Liaising with factory and feedback the technical and sales information to sales team.
- Provide general support to sales team
Requirements:
- BS bachelor's degree in engineering field
- Holder of driving license.
- Knowledge in Salesforce or any other CRM Experience:
- over 5 years in pump industry
