Coordinator (new headcount) Business Management (22 teammates, excluding this position) Sales (4 teammates, excluding this position) Div. Head & Dept. Head (Hongkongese)
• Build and sustain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors
• Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates while coordinating sales
and marketing activities
• Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business proposals/presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
• Occasional business trip
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (experience in electronic devices is an
advantage)
• Experience in handling the Asia market (highly preferred)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word and PowerPoint)
• Positive and engaging personality
• Self-motivated with excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and highly responsible
• Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong administrative skills
