Responsibilities:

  • Carry out sales administration work, issuing incoming and outgoing orders for completed devices and parts
  • Update customers and order records in timely fashion
  • Prepare related documents via SAP system
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in related disciplines
  • 2 years of solid experience in sales or service administration
  • Detailed-minded and responsible personality
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP for carrying out daily duties
  • English & Chinese/Mandarin
