Introduction:

Our client, a global company specializing in advanced semiconductor packaging technology, is now looking for Regional Sales, Southeast Asia to be based in their Singapore office. The job holder will act as a Salesman, report to Sales Director, operating independently in the local markets for his/her designated accounts and invest in further regional business development. He/she will be a part of global sales team and responsible for company's clients and market in his/her area.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers in the semiconductor industry.
  • Handle designated accounts independently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse regional market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Frequently travel within the region is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in sales, business development or account management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor back-end equipment, excellent communication and customer service skills, results-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
