Introduction:

My client, an international eye clinic located in Causeway Bay and they are looking for Receptionist x 2

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handle all incoming call, making appointment, serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately 
• Handle center and equipment maintenance, filing and record keeping
• Sort daily incoming/outgoing mail, newspaper/ magazines and deliveries
• Contact with vendors and suppliers for office supplies

Requirements:

• F.7 or hotel management with 1-2 years relevant experience in Hotel front desk / Receptionist
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer services skills
• Computer skill of MS office

Package:

• Salary offer: HK$25,000-26,000
• 5 day per week
