Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and schedules for software projects / enhancements.
3. Oversee execution of manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security.
4. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication with development teams.
5. Collaborate with Business Analyst, system development team, and business stakeholders to define QA scope and objectives.
6. Monitor and report on QA metrics, test progress, and product quality to leadership.
7. Drive adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
9. Ensure proper documentation of test plans, test cases, scripts, and results for audit and compliance purposes.
10. Master ATM certification process and execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Solid experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Python etc.).
5. Knowledge of performance and security testing.
6. Experience in testing of banking systems.
7. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
