Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Hong Kong listed company, is currently in search of a well-rounded Personal/ Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded secretarial support and assistance to the top management          
• Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the household
• Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chef, securities, etc.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• A minimum of 4 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience 
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability would be an advantage
