PERSONAL / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | 40-45K
Introduction:
Our client, a well-established Hong Kong listed company, is currently in search of a well-rounded Personal/ Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded secretarial support and assistance to the top management
- Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the household
- Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chef, securities, etc.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- A minimum of 4 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability would be an advantage
