Introduction:

Our client is looking for Partnership Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage partnerships with banks, fintech companies, payment providers, and technology partners
2. Grow merchant acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue through partner channels
3. Identify new partnership opportunities and expand business relationships
4. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
5. Maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
6. Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to support partner onboarding and integration
7. Track partnership performance and provide regular business updates
8. Collect market and partner feedback to support business and product growth

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Account Management
3. Experience in payments, fintech, banking, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred
4. Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver business growth
5. Experience working with banks and fintech companies and presenting to senior stakeholders
6. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
7. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
