Operation Assistant (Life Insurance)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various operational issue for both Hong Kong, SG and ME office
- Assist to liaise with Insurance carriers product and promotion
- Assist with Bank and Internal Management Reporting
- Assist with Regulatory renewal and CPD Trainings
- Liaise with contractors on license renewals
- Assist to maintain website
- Back up general office administration
- Other ad hoc projects

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Good English and Cantonese
- 2-5 years of administrative support or customer service experience in insurance or bank industry
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing
- Detail-minded and organized, a good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
