Introduction:

A sizable legal organization is seeking candidates for the post of Member Services Officer.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the organization of functions and activities, classes, seminars, webinars, receptions and other functions of the Department
• To work with external parties including PR agencies and other service providers
• To assist in the application and operation of government funding schemes for the benefit of the profession/members
• To arrange and participate in meetings of committees and working parties; draft agenda, papers and minutes
• To prepare budgets, reports and proposals
• To handle phone calls from members and public

Requirements:

• A degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in event management
• Additional experience in customer service is an advantage
• Independent and a good team player; strong communication skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Travelling may be required
