Introduction:

Our client is looking for medical laboratory technologist to join their Team.

Responsibilities:

• To perform complex technical work involving molecular analysis of human biological materials.
• To extract, denature and purify DNA from assorted specimen types
• To perform quality control, validation, and other quality activities to verify performance of clinical assays
• To maintain equipment by performing assigned maintenance activities and troubleshoot unexpected problems with equipment
• To evaluate inventory of supplies and reagents and communicate order needs
• To maintain a neat and clean work environment
• To assist department in writing and maintaining standard operating procedures for clinical assays. Document knowledge by reviewing and signing SOPs annually

Requirements:

 

• BSc degree in Medical Technology or Biological Science
• Registered Part I or Part II MLT in HKMLT Board
• Minimum one year working experience in molecular laboratory
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
