Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager (FMCG Sales)

Introduction:

A Hong Kong FMCG Food retailer.

Responsibilities:


  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional programs to maximize sales performance for assigned key accounts
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account customers
  3. Manage and control trade spending and promotional budgets effectively
  4. Participate in trading terms negotiation, daily sales operations, and consolidation of promotional programs
  5. Work closely with the Merchandising and Marketing teams on sales forecasting, order planning, and stock control
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support business needs



Requirements:


  1. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales and marketing experience in sizable organizations, preferably within the food industry
  3. Strong analytical skills with a strategic and commercial mindset
  4. Excellent people management and negotiation skills
  5. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  6. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
