Introduction:

Salary: 120,000 - 200,000 THB/month. Location: Rayong or Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in ASEAN.
2. Manage and strengthen relationships with key automotive clients and partners.
3. Lead business development efforts and optimize profitability.
4. Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
5. Oversee financial administration and ensure timely revenue collections.
6. Address challenges and collaborate with stakeholders for alignment.
7. Potentially lead and mentor a small team, supporting their development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 7-10 years in sales and marketing within automotive manufacturing, with managerial experience.
3. Fluent in Thai, English, and Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or above).
4. Willing to travel internationally up to 50% within ASEAN.
5. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
