Introduction:

My client, a sizable freight forwarding company located in Kwai Chung Terminal and they are looking for a Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Being a focal communication point between the assigned overseas office and / or local operations and sales
• Review, create and implement new strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage corporate key account with SOP and KPI
• Partner with product teams on request for RFQ and pricing
• Co-operate with regional offices & overseas agents and provide solutions for problem cases
• Update CRM tools to keep track of sales activities, customer data
• Update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders
• Co-work with operation and customer service teams on accounts specific requirement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 6 years or above solid key account handling experience in sizable  freight forwarding / logistics companies 
• Fluency of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Work Location: Kwai Chung Terminal
