Introduction:

Overview Relationship Manager of Private Banking, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering a full suite of wealth management products and services to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively solicit business opportunities through cross-selling, referrals, and personal & business networks.
2. Acquire new High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
3. Identify client needs and deliver tailored banking and wealth management solutions to enhance the client experience.
4. Collaborate with product specialists to provide professional advice aligned with clients’ investment goals and risk profiles.
5. Strengthen client relationships and maximize revenue potential by delivering differentiated solutions.
6. Adhere to bank policies and professional ethics while remaining vigilant to various business risks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
2. 5–10 years of sales experience in consumer banking, preferably with exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments.
3. Registered RI (Types 1 & 4) for conducting investment-related activities.
4. Strong knowledge of banking, wealth management products, and professional business ethics.
5. Proactive self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a natural flair for sales.
6. Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. ECF Certification required.
8. Certified Private/Retail Wealth Professional designation is preferred.
9. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
