Introduction:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing of Base Metal Materials is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with Sales Account Manager with regards to contract execution and pricing status of the contracts
2. Setting-up and maintaining a planned shipments calendar
3. Communication with customers for payment and delivery
4. Monitoring/reconciliation stock positions
5. Monitoring/reconciliation timely receipt of funds
6. Receiving and checking L/C documents
7. Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above
2. Fluent spoken written English, Mandarin and Chinese (Cantonese)
3. 8-10 years of logistics and shipping experience and min 5 years of relevant experience in steel materials field, e.g. copper, nickel, etc.
4. Good knowledge of L/C payments & Bank documents
5. Experience in using SAP system; good Excel skills 
6. Detail-minded, responsible and a good team player
