Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of global markets
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, along with strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with investment research platforms are essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information concisely
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting
