Introduction:

● Lead and manage medium to large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure implementation and migration projects from planning through execution and completion. ● This role requires strong leadership in project execution, coordination among multiple stakeholders across countries, and proactive management of risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the entire project cycle including but not limit to analyse business requirements, develop project plan and schedule, mange the cost and quality of works, prepare documentations
2. To effectively communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders
3. Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters
4. Lead & control the project related risk management process & ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related is preferred
2. At least 10 years’ working experience in managing medium to large-scale IT infrastructure projects in bank / financial industry, such as Microsoft 365 implementation, server virtualization, cloud migration, and network infrastructure.
3. Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to successfully deliver projects.
4. Ability to proactively identify issues, manage risks, and drive decision-making.
5. Strong documentation skills, including project plans, reports, and design documents.
6. Excellence in written and spoken in English; Knowledge in Japanese and Chinese will be an advantage.
