Inforce Business Executive (Life Insurance)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Life Insurance Broker firm is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Answer client enquiries, customer service role
- Renew policy and administration work, communicate with overseas and China customers
- Ad hoc assignments
- 13 months salary
- Medical Insurance coverage
- 14 days Annual Leave
Requirements:
- Degree holder is preferred
- IIQE Paper 1 and 3 is preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience as Flight Attendant is preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good at Mathematics and sensitive in figures
- Customer-oriented, patient and good communication skills
