Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 8 years experience in HR management. Experience in hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
