Introduction:

Our client, a well-known conglomerate is currently in search of as high-caliber HR professional to join the team

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective HR support to business managers, executives, line managers and employees to resolve problems in areas where face-to-face support or knowledge of the business context is required.
• Responsible for deployment of Company HR processes such as Performance Management, Reward Review, Role grading, Salary policy, Engagement Surveys and deployment of Diversity & Inclusion plans.
• Advise, guide and coach leaders on their people responsibilities, management behaviours and team management.
• Provide effective employee relations and promote a positive working climate locally, closely working with union representatives, line management and ER team where necessary.
• Support recruitment activity by ensuring vacancies are defined, graded and approved and line-managers directed to the appropriate resourcing services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or relevant disciplines
• Have at least 8 years’ experience in HR/ Business Partner role at a sizable organisation
• Proactive and resilient with the ability to drive change and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, drive to deliver results and personal effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
