HR cum Admin Assistant

Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off 
  • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
  • Manage staff benefit including medical and life insurance
  • Office administration work, e.g. office equipment maintenance, order stationary, etc.


Package:

  • 13 months salary
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • 14 days annual leave
  • Public Holidays


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Good Cantonese and English
  • 3-5 years of HR and office administration experience
  • MS office
  • Able to work independently
