- Develop HR strategies and processes that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Enhance employee knowledge, skills, experience, and attitude to meet business needs and drive success.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to set the direction and strategies for the organization.
- Build the companys brand and establish internal systems to improve operational efficiency and human resource management.
- Recruit talent that matches the organizations requirements and has the potential to drive the company towards success.
- Forecast HR needs and plan for future resource utilization to align with business growth and changes.
- Manage and control the workforce to ensure it is aligned with the organizations operational needs.
- Establish policies and procedures that maximize the use of human resources and align with the companys culture.
- Analyze workplace issues and employee attitudes, including monitoring and evaluating employee performance, to continuously improve HR service
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration (BA), Business Management (BMA), or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience working in a startup and corporate environment.
- Expertise in efficiently handling HR Multi-Task operations.
- Ability to work quickly, respond effectively to situations, and adapt flexibly under pressure.
- Experience in organizing events and managing activities.
- Proven experience in recruiting personnel in the engineering field.
- Capability to support and contribute to the growth of a company during its early stages.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Eagerness to grow and develop alongside the company.
