• Collaborate closely with senior management to set the direction and strategies for the organization.
• Build the companys brand and establish internal systems to improve operational efficiency and human resource management.
• Recruit talent that matches the organizations requirements and has the potential to drive the company towards success.
• Forecast HR needs and plan for future resource utilization to align with business growth and changes.
• Manage and control the workforce to ensure it is aligned with the organizations operational needs.
• Establish policies and procedures that maximize the use of human resources and align with the companys culture.
• Analyze workplace issues and employee attitudes, including monitoring and evaluating employee performance, to continuously improve HR service

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration (BA), Business Management (BMA), or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience working in a startup and corporate environment.
• Expertise in efficiently handling HR Multi-Task operations.
• Ability to work quickly, respond effectively to situations, and adapt flexibly under pressure.
• Experience in organizing events and managing activities.
• Proven experience in recruiting personnel in the engineering field.
• Capability to support and contribute to the growth of a company during its early stages.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Eagerness to grow and develop alongside the company.
