Introduction:

Experienced Senior Finance Manager needed for growing European lifestyle group Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add a layer of Senior Finance to their finance department as they plan to acquire more stores in the future and want to ensure their finance function are set up for continued success.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be reporting to the Group CFO, responsible for leading all financial reporting

Conduct review and provide accurate financial information and monitor , analysis monthly reporting results against budgeted financial report

You will handle all the group consolidation, plan and manage budgeting and forecasting by coordinating with other departments

Assist in implementation of new and revised accounting standards

Evaluate the impact of developments in the financial reporting, tax and regulatory regime and recommend course of action to ensure compliance

Ensure the integrity of financial data used for financial and management reporting

Assist in the updates of standard operating procedures (SOP)

Ensure all group accounting policies and reporting processes are documented and kept-up-to date

Lead the audit of the Group and its subsidiaries and ensure prompt and timely completion of external audits

Responsible for tax reporting & audit, including GST, corporate tax, withholding tax

Assist in Transfer Pricing matters and Treasury Management

Ensure compliance of statutory matters of the Group

Work with finance teams and/or business units for continuous improvement of processes

Requirements:

Qualification and Experience

Qualified ACCA / CA with at least 6 yrs experience in audit & tax, and 5 yrs experience in a leadership role

Ability to research and interpret accounting and tax guidance and draft accounting memos to support conclusions

Strong IFRS acumen and understanding of financial reporting
