Introduction:

Role Overview: As an Execution Trader, you will be responsible for efficiently executing equity, fixed income, and derivative trades to implement investment decisions made by our portfolio management team. In this role, you will work closely with portfolio managers to provide market insights and help generate trade ideas. You will leverage your deep understanding of global markets, trading protocols, and execution strategies to achieve best execution on all trades.

• Monitor global market conditions and communicate relevant insights to portfolio management team
• Execute equity, fixed income, and derivative trades in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Leverage advanced trading tools and algorithms to optimize execution quality
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, market makers, and other counterparties
• Continuously seek to improve trade execution, reduce trading costs, and mitigate operational risks
• Provide timely post-trade reporting and transaction cost analysis

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience as a trader, with a strong background in equity, fixed income, and derivative instruments
• Comprehensive knowledge of global financial markets and trading protocols
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with portfolio managers and counterparties
• Proficient in using advanced trading platforms, algorithms, and market data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or FRM certification preferred
• Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin Chinese
