Introduction:

Our client, an automotive distributor is urgently seeking candidates for the positions of Customer Service Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
• Handling inquiries raised by customers
• Supporting various customer events and perform administrative duties
• Supporting ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1 year customer service experience would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays and ad hoc rostering
• 5 days work
• Working location: Hung Hom or Chaiwan
