Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Medical Insurance Company (Third party Administrator) is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily claims tasks and handle the complaint cases

• Manage the claims team to perform the reimbursement and pre-authorization cases for Medical Insurance with the services standard is met in high quality and effective manner

• Liaise all claims related matters with insurers, medical providers, and internal staffs, including the payment arrangement with hospitals

• Perform the regular quality check/ audit for the claim cases

• Coordinate with regional teams to smooth the operation of claims and administration areas

• Provide solutions for constant improvement of claims process

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Package:

• 12 months salary + performance bonus

• Medical Insurance coverage

• Annual leave: 18 days

• Public Holidays

Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• 5 years’ experience in medical claims adjudication or pre-authorization assessment

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills

• Mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, with excellent team spirit and ability to handle multi-tasks

• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to interact with regional teammates at all levels

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
