Introduction:

Our client, a rapidly growing start-up company in currently in search of a high-caliber finance professional to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the finance team in the daily operating, annual budgeting and forecasting
• Drive and lead pre-IPO fundraising and IPO process
• Support strategic development and M&A projects from accounting/finance perspective
• Serve as the key person in coordinating with external parties including advisors, fund managers, investors, lawyers, auditors, and bankers on all finance, fundraising and IPO related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with Big 4 exposure
• Pre-IPO and M&A experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, open minded and persistent, with excellent management and communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
