Introduction:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing our business in the Singapore region. The Business Development Manager will spearhead the evangelization of D-Rons Solutions to consultant, end-users, and technology partners in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will take the leading role in orchestrating and facilitating D-Rons sales, channels, and technology partners to win in the verticals identified. Working closely with the both the product management and channels sales team, you will act as the anchor and ambassador of D-Rons Solution. You will work closely with the relevant technology partners to ensure a differentiating and competitive proposition and be the liaisons for successful partnering.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Proactively drive D-Rons business growth via engagement programs, incorporating solutions from D-Rons technology partners, with the consultant and end-users community.
  • Work closely with D-Rons technology partners in creating the best of breed solutions for the various vertical segments that D-Ron is currently engaged in.
  • Curate the best of breed solutions from multiple technology partners and create focused verticals along with the appropriate go-to-market execution plans.
  • Responsible for the growth of new business in his assigned verticals.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Savvy with industry trends and competitors.
  • Knowledge proficiency about the CCTV industry with business acumen.
  • 3 5 Years experienced in business development and vertical solutioning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
