Introduction:

Our client is a global leader in logistics and delivery solutions, offering services such as freight exports and imports, and express delivery, with a robust operational network spanning Asia, the US, and beyond. They are now seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Branch Director to lead the team based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all branch operations, including freight exports and imports, sales, customer service, express delivery services, and supply chain activities.
2. Ensure the branch operates efficiently and meets service quality standards.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
4. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their requirements are met consistently.
6. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell services to existing clients.
7. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the branch's market presence.
8. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
9. Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational and business goals.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.
11. Identify training needs and work with HR to provide appropriate development programs.
12. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with preferably 5+ years in a sales role
3. Strong understanding of freight exports and imports, express delivery, and operational processes.
4. Deep understanding of the supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing market in Vietnam.
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
