Introduction:

My client, a sizable freight forwarding company is looking for:-

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of Airfreight Import documents & operation
• Responsible for solve customers enquiries, complaints and overseas agents correspondence
• Coordinate with all parties for all air import shipments.

Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• 2-3 years air import operation or CS experience in freight forwarding company
• General command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin. 
• Computer knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
