Introduction:

Reporting to Manager of Business Loan Acquisition, you will grow SME lending business by coordinating channels and bank’s units, such as branches, direct channels, to promote different banking products and assist to formulate and launch effective marketing campaigns to deliver business targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute effective business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve bank’s business objectives
2. Coordinate sales channels and supporting units to grow SME lending business
3. Assist to design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to acquire customers, increase product usage and cross-selling to strengthen customers’ banking and transacting capabilities.
4. Work closely with all internal departments to grain their support for smooth program launch.
5. Assess and incorporate latest regulatory and compliance requirement in execution.
6. Proactively analyze competitors’ business and marketing activities to understand market trend.
7. Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
8. Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)
9. Assist to conduct regular sales performance review

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
2. 5 years of experience in retail banking business, exposure to branch operation is preferable
3. Knowledge in overall banking products, operation & process flow, marketing activities, segment management and management skill
4. Good communication & interpersonal skill, analytical and track record of effective marketing campaigns is an advantage
5. Good team player and detail oriented
6. Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
