Introduction:

Our client, a building service company is looking for a high calibre to fulfil the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings

Responsibilities:

·         To responsible for project management of E&M and Builder works, including project objective formulation, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services design, preparation of tender document, contract administration, testing & commissioning, and project handover.

·         To work with PM team to develop budgets and prepare procurement.

·         To responsible for defects diagnose and prepare related reports, tender documents for improvement and/ or repair projects of both the E&M and builder’s works.

·         To liaise and handle client’s requests on technical related services and supervise and monitor contractor’s site works.

·         To upkeep the drawings of various E&M system and good documentation practice.

·         To ensure all procedures, processes and client requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.

·         To responsible for planned and ad hoc maintenance works, inside and outside our managed properties of residential, industrial or commercial properties.

Requirements:

·         High Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

·         1 years of post-graduation experience in contracting or consultancy field

·         Can do attitude and be adaptable and able to work independently

·         Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

·         Ad hoc projects and night works may be required

·         Proficient in computer applications e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel skills & Email system

·         Fresh graduate is welcome
