Assistant Claims Manager / Senior Claims Officer / Claims Officer (Medical Insurance)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Medical Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Claims Manager to handle international claims services in compliance with company;
- Conduct claims control and analysis;
- Handle ad hoc projects such as system development and enhancement;
- To provide training and coaching to junior staff about insurance and medical knowledge and products; and
- Liaise with service provider and hospital administrators for emergency services and pre-authorization management.
- 13-month salary
- Free medical, vision and dental insurance coverage
- 11 -26 days annual leave
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum of 7 years with relevant experience in medical insurance claims.
- Professional qualification of FLMI / FLHC is an advantage.
- Independent and mature with supervisory skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Candidate with less experience or degree holder of any medical disciplines can be considered for the position of Senior Claims Officer /Claims Officer.
