Account Officer (1 year contract)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities of several legal entity books in Asia in timely and accurate manner
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes,
- Assist to prepare monthly financial & management reports and analysis
- Assist to prepare cash flow report and cash flow forecast,
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
- 1 month gratuity
- Medical Insurance coverage
- 15 days annual leave
- Have chance to change permanent
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Accountancy
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 3 - 4 years of Accounting experience in trading/manufacturing field
- Practical SAP experience and proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude and good team player
- Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
