Introduction:

Our client is looking for a high calibre to manage marketing and leasing activities of their office leasing portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in formulation of marketing and leasing strategies for office leasing portfolio in Hong Kong
• To handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters including leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, tenancy commercial terms negotiation, preparation of leasing documents, client and tenant liaison, etc.
• To conduct market research on market movement, vacancy and rental trends
• To compile regular reports on performance of office leasing portfolio
• To coordinate with Estate Management Office in relation to all building and tenant related matters including buildings improvement / renovation works, tenants fitting out works, takeover and handover of premises, etc.
• To coordinate with internal Departments in relation to the legal action cases against tenants
• To conduct feasibility studies on redevelopment, refurbishment and leasehold improvement works of the office leasing portfolio in Hong Kong
• To assist in setting budgets and forecast on rental income, tenancy fitting-out expenses, agency and marketing expenses

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 15 years' relevant experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong
• Relevant experience with major developers in pre-marketing, pre-leasing of new prime office developments an advantage
• Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
