  • Perform reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting guests
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to a team
  • Sales co-ordination, prepare invoice/receipt etc.
  • Communicate with clients via email
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments


  • Diploma holder with minimum 5 years related working experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant character, detail-minded, independent with strong communication and customer service skills
  • A good team player
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon to Fri)
